To all those saying Newt is Far Right, that is just wrong.
Newt is NOT far right, he is a fighter.
The reason, and the basis of all ads against him, the right did not embrace him before, is he was not right enough.
He made the ad with Pelosie about AGW and the need to do something about CO2, he just doesn’t want to bankrupt the country doing it..
He was against the tea party "privatize Medicare" Ryan plan, he said “I am as against radical Rightwing social engineering as I am against radical Leftwing radical social engineering”.
Newt wants a limited path to citizenship for illegals that came as young children.
Newt ran ads against Romney that basically said companies should give more consideration to employees.
The right only wants him now because, Romney looked like a wimp in the debates. They think Obama would beat Romney in a debate, but not Newt.

I hope its Newt vs. Obama in 2012
Man I hope its Newt vs. Obama.
Newt is regarded as a very, very smart man and great speaker, by both champions and detractors, as is Obama.
These debates could be the best we will get to see in our lifetimes. We don’t really know how good Obama is because he has not been tested. McCain was a nice man, a great hero to many, but not regarded as a great debater or speaker. He gave great speeches in the Democratic Primary, but most regarded his debates with Hillary and others as OK, but not clear victories. But he now has four more years of experience.
Mitt talks nicely but does not really say much. He often looks like a “deer in the headlights” in debates. And he often reminds me of the line in “Blazing Saddles”, “Sir, you use your tongue better than a twenty dollar Wxxxx”, while not saying anything you want to hear.
These would be historic debates about big ideas, articulated very well, so “We, the People” can truly decide the direction our country moves toward.
You young people will tell your grandkids about them.
